Accepted Answer

We develop booking systems, customer portals, inventory management systems, HR and attendance systems, business dashboards, internal management tools, and other custom web applications. Every solution is designed around your specific business requirements.

Question 3

How do I get started with a project?

Accepted Answer

Simply send us an inquiry or request a quote through Folivo. We'll schedule a 30-minute online consultation to understand your requirements, discuss possible solutions, and determine the next steps. After reviewing the scope, we'll prepare a project proposal.

Question 4

How much does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

Our services use custom quotations, with starting estimates of $2,000 for web applications, $1,500 for AI document processing, $1,000 for business automation, and $1,200 for API integrations. Final pricing depends on complexity, features, integrations, and requirements.

Question 5

How long does it take to complete a project?

Accepted Answer

For standard, clearly scoped projects, our estimated delivery timelines are 12 weeks for custom web applications, 8 weeks for AI document processing, 6 weeks for business process automation, and 8 weeks for API integrations. Timelines begin at the agreed project kickoff after scope approval and required access. The final schedule is confirmed in the proposal and may vary with complexity, testing, integrations, change requests, and client approvals.

Question 6

Can you integrate with our existing business software?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can develop integrations between compatible applications, databases, accounting software, CRM systems, and cloud services. Integration feasibility depends on the existing systems, available APIs, permissions, and technical limitations.

Question 7

Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You only need to explain your business goals, current challenges, and what you want to improve. We'll help translate your requirements into a practical technical solution and guide you through the development process.

Question 8

Can AI automate our document processing and data entry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can build AI-assisted workflows to extract and organize information from invoices, receipts, forms, and other documents. We can also include validation and human review steps. AI accuracy depends on document quality and complexity, so automated results may still require verification.

Question 9

Do you provide hosting and deployment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, hosting and deployment can be included in your project proposal. Depending on your requirements, we can discuss cloud hosting or deployment to your own infrastructure. Hosting fees, third-party subscriptions, and ongoing operating costs are quoted separately unless explicitly included.

Question 10

Do you provide support and maintenance after project completion?

Accepted Answer

Yes, ongoing maintenance and technical support can be arranged. This may include bug fixes, monitoring, updates, and feature enhancements. The warranty, support coverage, response times, and any recurring fees will be defined in the project agreement.

Question 11

Will I own the application and source code?

Accepted Answer

Application ownership, source code delivery, intellectual property rights, and licensing terms are established in the project agreement. We clarify these details before development begins so you understand exactly what you'll receive.

Question 12

Accepted Answer

We agree on the initial project scope before development begins. If you request additional features or significant changes, we'll review their impact on pricing and timelines and provide an updated estimate for your approval before proceeding.
